Hi, I'm Dr. J and I've been through more struggles than I can count & made every excuse I could.


Growing up fatherless, with a mother working three jobs, I saw hardship up close. We lived with my grand parents, and my grandfather battled heart disease from the day I was born until I lost him in sixth grade. By seventh grade, I turned to alcohol, starting a downward spiral.
